Discovery Pointe Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1986, and consists of 300 townhomes in a gated community located on the corner of Military Trail and Green Road in Deerfield Beach. We are in the northeast portion of Broward County with easy access to major roads, the beaches, shopping centers, schools, medical centers and many parks and entertainment venues.
My goal in establishing this website was to inform you, our homeowners and renters, of upcoming meetings and events and to keep you informed of the activities of your Board of Directors. Please view the various sites at your leisure. They are placed here to make it as convenient as possible for you to find and research information about the Association.
I am not certain what kinds of information will be available for posting on this web site now that we have a new Board. My intent was to keep homeowners informed as much as possible but I have not been informed if the new Board of Directors wants to do the same.
