Parking  and Vehicles

Each homeowner has two parking spaces for their vehicles. their garage and the space outside the garage.  End units have a extra parking space for guests.  Garages are intended to be used for parking vehicles, not storage of material so if you have to park elsewhere within the park you are taking up a guest parking place.  If someone parks on the grass at your unit and breaks a sprinkler head or ruins the grass you will be billed for the damanges.  If you are parked illegally , on the grass or in the street, your vehicle will get stickered.  If it happens continuously, your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

By law we are required to maintain a street distance of 24 feet.  This is exactly what our streets measure, therefore, there should be no parking on the streets except for repair, delivery, or pickup vehicles parked for a short period of time.

Commercial vehicles are not permitted within the community unless they are parked in a garage where they cannot be seen.  If left outside or illegally parked they will be stickered and eventually towed at your expense.

Motocycles, go-peds, scooters and motorized skateboards are not allowed in the community unless they are allowed in for specially needs purposes.  They then must be parked in the garage.  This has been the rule since the inception of the community and it must be inforced.  There are numerous storage facilities in the area to store this type of equipment if you must have it.

Parties

Parties may be held in the Party Area of the Pool Pavilion.  Reservations shall be made with Barbara Jones, and a $75.00 check must be written to TMG Management to reserve the
area.  You must keep your guests from becoming too unruly, keep music from being so loud that it disrupts the neighbors, and clean up the area after your guests leave.  Once the area is inspected your deposit check will be refunded.  Remember the Pool Pavilion closes at 11:00 PM and please observe all rules for the Pavilion areas.

Pets

Each unit may have one pet, not to exceed 40 pounds.  All pets must be carried or kept on a leash when outdoors.  It is the responsibility of the owner to pick up animal waste
immediatly.  See the Deerfield Beach Animal Code on the Documents Page.
