Maintenance    

 

       Our Maintenance Man is Jerome Keck.  His hours are from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.   He will be happy to do work for you after hours on his own time for a fee of $20.00 per hour.  He would like to keep the time limit at one hour if at all possible.  Feel free to contact him to negotiate and schedule your maintenance work.

 

 

Monthly Assessments

       

        Our monthly assessments are due the 1st of every month.  The assessment fee is $237.00 per month.  If assessments are late, a letter is sent to the homeowner to notify them of their late payment.  After two late notices and a final notice the account is turned over for legal action and a lien is placed on the homeowners property.  This can be corrected by paying the overdue charges, any interest charges, and attorney's fee.   We highly recommend that you keep your assessment fees up to date.

 

 

Meeting Notices

 

     Meetings will be held on the third Monday of each month starting at 7:00 PM in the Party Area of the Pool Pavilion, unless a conflict in time occurs for one of the Board Members.  If that should happen, the new date and time will be posted on the Home Page of this website and also on each of our Bulletin Boards.

 

 

Questions/Problems

 

      Meredith Sleeman, from TMG Management Company, has been assigned as our Association Manager.  All queries about problems or items that need attention should be addressed to her.  Please document your inquiry with whom you spoke to, the time, date and subject matter.  This is necessary in case we need to do any follow up on the situation.  See Contact Us.
